I-Land Bay Plaza Switches to 100% Renewable Energy with ACEN RES

8 January 2025 – ISOC Land, Inc. (I-Land) marks significant milestone with its switch to renewable energy through a retail electricity supply agreement with ACEN Renewable Energy Solutions (ACEN RES) of the Ayala group. This partnership will see I-Land Bay Plaza, a 12-storey commercial property located at the Mall of Asia Bay Area, powered entirely by renewable energy through the Green Energy Option Program (GEOP).

I-Land Bay Plaza, dubbed the “Office of the Future,” is designed as an energy-efficient green building targeting LEED Gold Certification. This aligns perfectly with the mission of ACEN RES to provide renewable and sustainable energy sourced from its portfolio of solar, wind, and geothermal plants. Furthermore, this commitment to sustainability supports the goal of reducing electricity operation expenses for the future tenants of I-Land Bay Plaza.
