Filipino-Chinese entrepreneur Charles Stewart Lee is the man behind the bottled water brand “Sip.” He established Pacific Synergy Food and Beverage Corporation after completing his college education abroad. Growing up in a traditional Chinese home, Lee learned the ropes of business early on. His progressive education in Hong Kong and in the United States awakened him to the realities of climate change, and what the next generation of business leaders can do to contribute to its mitigation.

Determined to become a responsible business leader, he laid out a three-step sustainability strategy for his company: (1) shift to renewable energy, (2) achieve net-zero plastic, and (3) shift to 100% recyclable PETs.
